From the day I gave my heart to Jesus as a ten-year-old girl, I knew my life was going to be about telling as many people as possible about the Good News of Jesus Christ. I started by getting up in front of my sixth grade class for an assignment to give an oral report on “What I Did Over the Summer Vacation.” I stood up and told how I became a Christian and explained that if they, too, would like to be forgiven of their sins they could meet me on the playground and we could pray together. That was the beginning of a life surrendered to ministry. From parenting, to writing books, to speaking, to this website and everything in between, my desire is to “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16) |
