Haven is the middle child. She represents the jewel tones: the beautiful, rich, intricate shades. She is as gorgeous as a scarlet rose, as deep as the forest green, and as complicated as the midnight blue sky. But what a gem she is.

Haven is strikingly beautiful and very intelligent. She has dreamed of becoming the first female President of the United States since she was a preschooler. Thankfully, she's beginning to reconsider that goal.

Haven loves school, especially math, but she's also a delightful writer. She plays the drums in the student worship band at chruch.   She is also very athletic and competitive - an explosive combination.

Haven and I are very close and spend lots of time together talking about life's complex twists and turns, which she always seems to be pondering.
